Pretty sure someone from this restaurant has a cousin working at Michelin, no other reason this level of food should ever be mentioned.

Our steak we either frozen or just a very bad quality meat…

The panna cotta was just a flan.

The mixed appetizer was bad… It should probably be removed from the menu altogether. Serving bruschetta with stale bread is definitely not smart…

Honestly, the only good thing they gave us was the Chianti wine. And the tomato-mozzarella appetizer was made with delicious tomatoes.

I was almost unable to eat here because when I walked in at around 8:40, they said they had several bookings at 9pm but fortunately I was able to get a table, I believe this shows the popularity of this place, remember to book a table guys !!

I ordered Mushroom salad, which was very refreshing, it consisted of several types of mushroom, along with some cheese slices.

For the main I ordered the grilled mixed pork, they are pork chop, pork loin, sausage.
The pork chop was perfectly seared, juicy, not overcooked, but could be seasoned a bit better as I have to put some salt on it.

The sausage was good as well as most sausages were a little bit salty but this one was perfectly balanced in flavor.

The side dish is seared spinach which I don’t think it’s my favorite as it was a bit overly salty.

This places seemed quite popular since when the time reached 9 o’clock, it was full.

Overall I’d recommend it, the servers were very nice and friendly, but I might ignore the side dishes because a starter, a main with some wine and bread in the beginning is more than enough for 1 person.

Really great, I can only recommend a visit! Very nice ambience, a lot of atmosphere is created with very little, just as you would imagine an Italian osteria to be! Very well attended, tables are close together. Reservations recommended. It was my second visit, last year and this year. The service was very friendly and attentive. You get a glimpse into the kitchen and see the chicken broth simmering, the bread is in the oven. Price-performance is absolutely fair. All we had was super fresh and delicious!

Absolutely loved this restaurant and its atmosphere.  We were ably served by Ivan, who was very friendly and helpful. The whole evening was so much better than last year's experience.

During our recent visit to Osteria de Borg, we were initially drawn in by the allure of its cozy terrace. Our expectations were quite high, anticipating a delightful dining experience. However, I must admit that not everything went as smoothly as I had hoped.
The culinary journey began with the mixed croutons appetizer. Although the flavors were decent, we were taken aback when a mushroom salad arrived on the side. Initially, we thought it was part of the appetizer, but to our surprise, it appeared separately on the bill during payment. While it was only a minor cost, it still left us feeling a bit disappointed with the communication.
Moving on to the main course, I opted for the mixed meat dish. Unfortunately, I found it to be overcooked and excessively dry. This impacted my overall enjoyment of the dish, except for the sausage, which stood out as the most flavorful element. On the brighter side, I must commend the chef for the delightful meatballs and zucchini, as they truly impressed my taste buds.
I believe that Osteria de Borg has the potential to improve and offer an even better dining experience in the future. Perhaps paying closer attention to communication with customers about additional charges for sides would be beneficial. Additionally, ensuring the main courses are prepared to perfection will certainly enhance the overall satisfaction of the patrons.
I genuinely wish the restaurant the best and hope that my feedback can contribute to their ongoing growth and success.
