La certezza delle materie prime e del rispetto di esse.

C’è chi parla di stelle.. concordo con loro ma credo che la certezza di questo locale sia il voler far cucina senza alti riconoscimenti che impongono criteri.

Lo consiglio a chi vuole isolarsi dalla città e fare un viaggio di qualche ora in Sicilia.

Piatti buoni ma più che piatti sono degli assaggi. Menù essenziale, senza gran possibilità di scelta.Tempi di attesa fra le portate di 25-30 min e nel ristorante c’erano solo 3 tavoli (due da 2 persone!). La ragazza che ci ha serviti molto gentile. Il proprietario quando in due abbiamo pagato il conto da 181 € ci ha chiesto se avevamo l’euro, ma noi solo 200€ allora poco contento ci ha dato i 20€ di resto dicendo che la prossima volta gli avremmo dato L’ euro. Mah!!!! Non credo ci sarà una prossima volta con così poca generosità… sotto tutti i punti di vista.

Good dishes but more than dishes they are tastings. Basic menu, without much choice. Waiting times between courses were 25-30 minutes and there were only 3 tables in the restaurant (two for 2 people!). The girl who served us was very kind. When the two of us paid the €181 bill, the owner asked us if we had the euro, but we only had €200, so he was not very happy and gave us the €20 change, saying that next time we would give him the euro. Meh!!!! I don't think there will be a next time with so little generosity... from all points of view.
