An all round fantastic experience!! Service which was easily of a Michelin Star standard if not a two Michelin star standard, great and detailed/knowledgeable explanations of the food, origin and preparation. Likewise very friendly, open and still professional! It was a joy witnessing the professional kitchen team assembling our dishes in the open kitchen. The wine recommendations were fitting and of good value for money. We even got a tour of the extensive wine Celler after our meal. The food was also very close to a Michelin star standard, and the taste was, in some dishes, better that what we experienced at Michelin stared restaurants near by. A truly great lunch experience, and we will definitely be back one day!

Price and quality in perfect equilibrium after 2 rather bad experiences in other restaurants (in Riccione and San Marino) I'm slowly but surely finding my faith in restaurant ratings again. Vite offers some excellent dishes in perfect quality at still reasonable prices. Very good service and nice interiors round off the very good picture - Highly recommended.

Exquisite food, perfectly executed, and professionally presented at the table (one of our dishes was the pigeon baked in clay).  However, we were more impressed to learn that Ristorante Vite is associated with San Patrignano, a community for young adults in need.  We hope to visit again when we are not pressed for time (we had our 2 small dogs, which the management kindly allowed us to bring in).  Their tasting menus were particularly interesting and reasonably priced for the quality of food served.  Bravi ragazzi!
