First lunch at #Bologna in this highly acclaimed restaurant where you need to book well in advance. My Bolognese friend ordered many of the classics … all were amazing. Must try!

Do yourself a favour and book a reservation, you won’t be disappointed… the bolognese is incredible .. best we had all trip. The secondi dish (we got the veal), was decent but if I had to go back I would stick with the pastas. Service is impeccable.

Nice restaurant in a calm street. Pasta and wine are lovely (little bit more expensive than others but worth it). Menu is not very large which is good (specialities only). Ps. Wine is produced special for this restaurant see picture.

According to locals and tourists alike, this is the place to go in Bologna for the best authentic food. Service was spot on and you must have a reservation to eat here as it is a small, cozy spot. The mortadella was nice with canned vegetables to start. We ordered the tagliatelle bolognese and the veal chop. Great options but not my favorite food as far as flavor goes. I would recommend giving it a try to experience the authentic food from this region.
