One of if not the best 1 Michelin star restaurant I’ve been to. Each dish was wonderfully plated and introduced, the service was impeccable, our hostess/server was attentive and friendly. The staff set a welcoming and relaxed mood while upholding the fine dining standards. The trip from Rome to come here is absolutely worth it.

One of the best restaurants I've ever visited!
Absolutely amazing!
Well deserved Michelin star.
The menu is greatly balanced and thought out.
Using pretty simple though high - quality local ingredients together with different and sometimes complicated and even scientific methods of cooking is admirable.
The staff is very friendly and attentive.
A special mention, of course, deserves the sommelier.
It is also worth praising the seasoned and cozy interior, very competent arrangement of tables and lighting.

Sintesi was a wonderful experience. We were there with a big group, but they handled everything so well, everything flowed to perfection. Great service without being too present. Carla was really helpful with planning wines beforehand. And the food was delicious

Fantastic food and service. We found Sintesi by accident, having trouble finding a table on a busy Sunday. But we won the lottery by coming to Sinesi, by far the best restaurant we visited during our stay in Castel Gandolfo.
