I chose this restaurant to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and the holiday pre fix menu exceeded our expectations. They thoughtfully adjusted my dishes to accommodate my shellfish allergy, showcasing their attention to detail. While service was slightly delayed due to larger parties that day, the elegant ambiance, exquisite cuisine, and polished service more than made up for it. Absolutely stunning meal, from the amuse bouches to the dessert chocolates. Wine pairings were great too - do recommend letting the sommelier have free rein over your choices!
Front of house were kind, pleasant, helpful, and the environment was delightful. They accommodated my mollusc allergy brilliantly.
I didn't have anything that wasn't good, but I would particularly recommend the mazzancolle and the amberjack with caviar. My only regret is that I didn't have time for the full tasting! Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

What an amazing experience. We chose the classic tasting menu plus the wine tasting. The food was exceptional as was the service. They altered the dishes to accommodate my allergies and nothing was too much trouble. If you want an amazing experience I would highly recommend the tasting menu.

Perfect mixture of flavours and textures, keeping the original properties of the fresh products. More than price worth it. I will come back when I am in Rome. It is a really worth it experience, and incredible profesional treatment of all the members working there.

Incredible knowledge of the chef, a member had a small unexpected allergy causing a bit of tongue itching and pain. We were given a special warm brew done with components of calamar that stopped the itching instantaneously. Simply amazing. Also he was offered a separate dish without added cost.

Very nice staff and pretty presentation.  Some of the dishes were too fussy for my taste and did not let the flavor of the fish shine.  The dining room was awkwardly lit and I would remove the one speaker in the corner; music did not match the vibe.  All in all, a good meal and prix fixe sampling.
