I went to Gaeta as vacation and I saw this restaurant in front of the sea. Absolutely, after spending time in the seafront, drinking Gin tonic and delicious food will be completed my day. And as i tried to talk with persons i understood that they have some other branch in the other cities. And they was kind and they spoke english.

Stunning fine dining restaurant in Gaeta’s Old Town. Really unique atmosphere as there is nothing else like this in the town.

The dinner overall focuses on highlighting local produce from Gaeta (e.g., olives, saffron) with a Japanese and Indian twist. Wine menu is great and very fairly priced.

Exceptional service, creative takes on Italian cuisine, definitely worth the visit when you are in Gaeta.

As a vegetarian, you do have restricted options available to you but the restaurant will help you and the options you do have available to you are still outstanding.

The service is truly exceptional and it shows that the restaurant puts great effort into it. They do have some staff speaking English, but as always, I recommend that you learn a bit of Italian, just to be respectful. Makes the lives easier for both the waiters and you.

I started with a little aperitivo presentation, followed by a starter and a primo. No secondo because... well... such is the life of a vegetarian in Italy. Nonetheless, all in all, the meals were still filling.

So, when you find yourself in Gaeta, make a reservation and let yourself experience this.

Had a tasting menue with 5 courses. The highlights were definitely the antipasti, which were flavourful and varied in taste. Would recommend the potato-anchovies puree. The somewhat spicier ceviche was also excellent. Ravioli was good.

However, the pasta course was below the bar, as the spaghetti was undercooked, the sauce was really bland.

The other courses were also a bit too bland for our taste. We understand the idea of pure tastes of good quality ingredients, but here it is taken a bit overboard.

While on the whole we enjoyed our visit, the tasting menue wasn't quite up to expectations for a michelin star restaurant.

The first day we visited Gaeta we walked across this beautiful looking restaurant. You had the choice between a tasting menu or a la carte. There was a beautiful selection of raw fish dishes, starters, pastas as well as main courses. We decided on 2 raw fish dishes, green tea pasta with mussles and the veal with apricots, which were all individually absolutely amazing. But what was even more impressive than the food was the service. When sitting down you get a perfumed spray to cleanse your hands. And before you even get to your dishes you are served not 1, not 2, but multiple delicious apetizers. And afterwards you even get a pre-desert and some snacks when paying the bill. The people that work there are really friendly and know how to take serving to the next level. We would give it more than 5 stars if we could.
