Sono stata in questo Ristorante per un pranzo di famiglia di 14 persone.
Premetto che, avendo in famiglia una bimba ciliaca, siamo andati soprattutto per lei e per le recensioni che abbiamo trovato su google.
Il Ristorante si presenta bene esteticamente e soprattutto a livello enogastronico. Carta dei vini variegata ed interessante. La cucina è davvero ottima.
Io personalmente ho preso il menù degustazione di mare e funghi a 55€ a persona con 3 antipastini inclusi, un primo, un secondo e un Dessert. Loro danno anche un entrèe di Benvenuto che è stato molto apprezzato. Tutti i piatti sono stati un'esperienza culinaria eccellente!!
Si sono a mio avviso persi nel servizio in tavola. Sono stata nella ristorazione per 15 anni e ne vengo da una famiglia di ristoratori avendo avuto per 20 anni un agriturismo quindi conosco molto bene le tempistiche dei piatti ed il mondo del servizio in sala.  Premetto che, c'erano due ragazze e quella che credo sia la proprietaria a servire, mediamente 40 persone sedute e per il servizio in tavola che quel posto dovrebbe offrire sono davvero poche.
Per la potenza della cucina e per il prezzo a persona speso ovviamente le aspettative anche per un eccellente servizio in tavola erano alte.
Ci sono state varie situazioni non adeguate, soprattutto all'inizio del pasto, partendo dal vino, prese due bottiglie di bianco ed un calice di vino rosso. Il Calice è stato sollecitato 2 volte perché dimenticato e gli antipasti su 14 persone del tavolo ( 5 menù degustazione quindi antipasti uguali, 1 Frittura, 4 insalate di mare ed un Antipasto di montagna ) l'antipasto di montagna formato da Affettati è stato sollecitato 4 volte dopo che tutti noi avevamo quasi già finito i nostri quindi il tavolo non era stato chiuso poiché nel mentre ne stavano servendo anche altri.
Di solito se un tavolo è formato da 14 persone, si fanno uscire i piatti per tutti chiudendo il tavolo e si avanti.
Ma non è stata neanche questa la cosa negativa del pranzo ma le varie risposte date con arroganza dalla proprietaria sia per quanto riguardava i piccoli vari errori ( a cui uno poteva tranquillamente passare sopra se fossero state date delle risposte consone e con modi diversi) e sia quando durante il conto lo abbiamo fatto notare di nuovo.
Non dico assolutamente che il cliente debba sempre aver ragione o che non si possano avere visioni diverse ma rispondere con arroganza, non chiedendo scusa di alcuni errori visibili a tutti e volendo solo aver ragione, con un tavolo di 14 persone ( sperando che il cliente possa ritornare) e oltrettutto che stava spendendo una cifra non bassa, non so quanto possa aver portato di positivo alla proprietà in futuro.
Dopo questi episodi il resto del pranzo è andato bene, le altre due ragazze sono state cordiali e professionali, comprendendo anche che, si trovavano a far quel tipo di servizio in sala da sole.
Ripeto che la cucina è stata davvero eccellente ma per quel tipo di ristorazione ci vuole una gestione in sala altrettanto ottima.

I went to this restaurant for a family lunch of 14 people.
Let me start by saying that, having a celiac child in the family, we went above all for her and for the reviews we found on Google.
The restaurant presents itself well aesthetically and above all in terms of food and wine. Varied and interesting wine list. The cuisine is really excellent.
I personally took the seafood and mushroom tasting menu at €55 per person with 3 appetizers included, a first course, a second course and a dessert. They also give a welcome entrée which was much appreciated. All dishes were an excellent dining experience!!
In my opinion they got lost in the table service. I have been in the restaurant business for 15 years and I come from a family of restaurateurs having owned a farmhouse for 20 years so I know the timing of dishes and the world of room service very well.  Let me start by saying that there were two girls and what I believe is the owner serving, on average 40 people seated and for the table service that that place should offer it is very few.
Given the power of the kitchen and the price per person spent, the expectations for excellent table service were obviously high.
There were various inappropriate situations, especially at the beginning of the meal, starting with the wine, he took two bottles of white and a glass of red wine. The glass was requested twice because it was forgotten and the appetizers on 14 people at the table (5 tasting menus therefore identical appetizers, 1 fried dish, 4 seafood salads and a mountain appetizer) the mountain appetizer consisting of cold cuts was requested 4 times times after all of us had almost finished ours so the table had not been closed since in the meantime they were also serving others.
Usually if there are 14 people at a table, the dishes are brought out for everyone, closing the table and moving on.
But this wasn't even the negative thing about the lunch but the various answers given with arrogance by the owner both as regards the small various errors (which one could easily ignore if appropriate answers had been given in different ways) and both when during the bill we pointed it out again.
I am absolutely not saying that the customer must always be right or that different views cannot be had but rather responding with arrogance, not apologizing for some errors visible to all and just wanting to be right, with a table of 14 people (hoping that the customer can come back) and above all that he was spending a considerable amount of money, I don't know how much positive he could have brought to the property in the future.
After these episodes the rest of the lunch went well, the other two girls were friendly and professional, also understanding that they found themselves doing that type of service in the dining room alone.
I repeat that the cuisine was truly excellent but for that type of catering you need equally excellent management in the dining room.

Ristorante eccellente dove ritorniamo sempre volentieri da più di vent’anni. Piatti squisiti (tra gli antipasti consigliamo il “percorso”), proprietari gentilissimi e personale in sala molto attento ai dettagli. Prodotti freschi e genuini preparati con passione! Un locale per coloro che amano la cucina raffinata e un bell’ambiente. Consigliatissimo!

Pesce freschissimo, abbinamenti particolari inaspettati ma non troppo spinti, quindi adatti sia a palati allenati alle cose nuove sia a chi è più tradizionale che ritroverà comunque i sapori conosciuti.

La gestione è familiare quindi c'è attenzione al cliente che, in alcuni casi, sono amici con i quali Michela parla anche di cose di tutti i giorni. Allo stesso tempo il servizio è molto curato.

Metto 5 stelle all'ambiente non perché lussuoso, ricercato o di design, ma perché è la prima volta che sono andata al ristorante e ho avuto la sensazione di essere stata invitata a casa. Perché il ristorante è in una casa!

Inoltre sul tavolo c'è la storia della famiglia e di come è nato il ristorante. Molto interessante sia per chi è locale e ritroverà tante cose in comune con la propria storia, che per chi non conosce Latina e, aspettando il cibo, avrà l'occasione di scoprire qualcosa riguardo a queste zone.

Abbiamo preso il menù degustazione a 55€ c'è anche quello a 45€ oppure si può ordinare alla carta.

Very fresh fish, particular combinations that are unexpected but not too extreme, therefore suitable both for palates trained in new things and for those who are more traditional and who will still find the known flavours.

The management is family-run so there is attention to the customers who, in some cases, are friends with whom Michela also talks about everyday things. At the same time the service is very attentive.

I give 5 stars to the environment not because it is luxurious, refined or design, but because it is the first time I went to the restaurant and I had the feeling of having been invited home. Because the restaurant is in a house!

Also on the table is the history of the family and how the restaurant was born. Very interesting both for those who are local and will find many things in common with their history, and for those who do not know Latina and, while waiting for the food, will have the opportunity to discover something about these areas.

We took the tasting menu for €55, there is also one for €45 or you can order à la carte.
