Lamb chops and tiramisu was above my expectations.  I was pleased with the food and service here.  My only complaint is that they don't sit you outside unless you have a reservation. In my case, there were never enough people to fill up the outdoor seating.  But nevertheless the indoor seats were fine and comfortable.

Great food good atmosphere! We have tried a few places in Rome and this was our favorite! The carrot risotto was delicious not what I would normally order but I got it based on the reviews on here and it was my husband’s favorite part of our meal! It’s big enough to share.

Visited this incredible place yesterday! Everything was very tasty, we planned to try Italian national dishes and we were not wrong with the place! Especially want to note the waiters, service at the highest level, I have not met such soulful and professional people for a long time! Everyone must visit!

We ordered the beef tacos, carpaccio di Picanha, carrot risotto, slow-cooked guancia di manzo, pistachio semifreddo, mango cheesecake, and two glasses of wine. Overall, we had a wonderful dinner. The antipasti and main courses were all delicious, and the service was among the best I’ve experienced in Rome. There was a small issue with my wine, but when I mentioned it to the waitress, she immediately apologized and replaced it without hesitation. The restaurant also treated us to an amuse-bouche (a gazpacho with fried zucchini), a welcoming shot, and a little biscuit at the end.

I would give the restaurant 4.5 stars, with the only point lost being for the desserts. Unfortunately, both the cheesecake and semifreddo were disappointing. The cheesecake was overly gelatinous, and the semifreddo lacked pistachio flavor, tasting more like mint and almond extract. Despite this, I would definitely come back for the savory dishes.

absolutely beautiful pumpkin-mushroom risotto, a decent cacio e pepe made gourmet with some shrimp tartar on top, and a quite disgusting fish soup. the service is correct - they bring you a free starter and post desert (even though these are just a teaspoon of mashed potato and a little biscuit) and name all of the plates that they bring to the table (even the bread, presumably for people allergic to the nutbread) - so they formally follow all of the correct "finer dining" behaviours. This, in combination with the tablecloths and fantastic lighting does 90% of the job to make sure you have a good experience. as a system, it works. people don't remember what they ate, but the feelings they had, and Bacco is designed to make sure that people have good feelings. but the food doesn't invite me back. the cost is way out of proportion of the quality, they need to be told to bring cutlery, and above all the fish soup was just so bad, so inexplicably heavy, and we were so looking forward to it. three stars.
