I had a very pleasant stay. Location is perfect walking distance to most attractions. You can walk to the major attractions within 10-15 minutes. There are also a number of busses right outside that go to Termini station.

I included breakfast with my stay and it had good options. Eggs, ham, turkey, sausages, pastries, donuts, and of course coffee. The dining room is small so it can get crowded during the busy season.

The rooms are a nice size and did not seem cramped like some of the other hotels I've stayed in. Wifi was fast. This is a good mid-range hotel. It is not a fancy hotel but has everything most travelers will need.

Great location with friendly staff. They had umbrellas for the rain and held our luggage for us while we explored the day we checked out. The rooftop breakfast has some pretty nice views. Definitely would recomment.

Absolutely disappointing experience across two separate stays. As a Gold member, was initially told breakfast was included, only to be rudely denied this benefit the next morning. The room was freezing cold - staff claimed they couldn't turn on heat due to 'Roman law' despite the lobby being heated. When we returned for a second chance stay, not only was the heating issue still present, but there was an incredibly disruptive motion sensor above the bed that turned our room into a green strobe light with every slight movement. When I called about this, the staff's response was 'that's not our problem, take it up with Hilton.' Multiple basic comfort issues, poor service, and dismissive staff attitudes. Don't waste your time or money here - we ended up switching hotels during our first stay just to find a heated room. Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Management seems completely indifferent to guest comfort and Honors program benefits.

It’s a renewed hotel with the Hilton Brand that offers most what Hilton Members expects.

Staff was very helpful and polite.
The room was very clean, although we stayed on the most basic offered, which was located inside the emergency room corridor where the towels and cleaning stuff were being stacked, so we had some sporadic noises.

Internet was fast and reliable.

It’s a higher-than-average price, I think the price reflects the location more than the hotel facilities itself. It was walking distance from many attractions and restaurants.

Breakfast was a bit expensive, but well served. The rooftop is quite small, so expect delays.

Noteworthy:

Most of the TV channels were not working, probably an isolated issue with the Satellite dish that week.

Our Bathroom had huge windows facing the inside building (and therefore other rooms windows) only blocked by a fitted glass curtain with quite some gaps on the sides and below.
My way of thinking is that If I can see the other window of the nearby room from my shower, they can see me as well.

So, we end up putting up paper to cover most of the gaps ourselves. They could frost the whole glass or add a privacy film instead.

No hot, or even remotely warm, water in the room so I couldn't take a shower before my 12 hr flight. Air conditioning was absolutely freezing and changing the settings seemed to have no effect on the temperature output. My partner and I ordered food and requested silverware from the staff. They suggested I walk down from my 5th floor room to the restaurant down the street to get it myself. I then asked if it was possible to get some of the silverware from the breakfast area that I could see from the hallway outside my room. The staff told me this is ran by a separate company and they will not open it for me. This is an example where a simple act of service can go a long way in the hospitality industry. The room itself was decent and appeared clean until you looked at the dust on the floors and in certain parts of the room.

Overall, if you like cold showers, cold rooms, and no actual service other than at check-in then this may be the place for you. Diamond tier status means 3 bottles of water and that's about it so don't expect anything special. I'm really not a hard person to please especially when I am staying less than 24 hrs in a particular location. However, the cold water and lack of basic hospitality will be something I won't forget.
