Great hotel in a fantastic part of Rome. Rooms and bathrooms spotless. Great food options super close,and the neighbouring restaurant was a great addition. Massive thanks to the staff at the front desk. ALL of them were super friendly, and have been great helping me chasing up my missing luggage by the airline. Much appreciated 🙌

Firstly the location was perfect for us within easy reach of the metro and easily walkable to major attractions.

The service was also very helpful and very friendly upon arrival and check out. Even when passing by the lobby, they were smiley and welcoming and we were even shown up to our room. I couldn’t fault the service!

There was also complimentary drinks as part of the stay from the restaurant during happy hour which is a great addition.

The hotel itself is nice, and you can tell thought has gone into decorating the rooms to be nice and premium, however the finishing touches are poor. The was quite a lot of areas within the room where paint was missing, or the bathroom door didn’t always close properly. The mini fridge in the wardrobe kicked out a lot of heat which heated the whole room! Some of the bedding had tears and holes in and the pillows were rock solid and there were a few cracks in the shower. But our main issue was the air conditioning auto turned off after an hour or so, which made sleeping very hot and difficult, and this was the start of October so I’d dread to think how it would be in the height of summer.

Overall, the criticisms I had didn’t make it a terrible place to stay as most our time was spent exploring. I’m sure the staff would’ve been more than helpful should it have caused us to mention it at the time but for somewhere to just sleep and store belongings while you explore Rome, i can’t complain.

The hotel is in an excellent location and it has great breakfast and happy hour every evening from 430pm to 630pm. The service is of top notch as well with their front desk staff always greet you with a warm smile whenever you enter and exit, even at 1am. Sadly, the room 308 I stayed in was not very sound proof. One can hear people walking in the corridor and hoover being operated in other rooms/corridors early in the morning which woke me up earlier than I would like to.

Spent 3 recent days here and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was very accommodating in assisting with questions and guidance for where to go and places to see. I really enjoyed the room having the wet sauna and jacuzzi as it felt great after walking miles and miles each day. I really want to thank them for finding and assisting with shipping some forgotten things that we left in the room. Immediately got a message from them and I had already left Italy, but they assisted in getting it shipped back immediately. 5 star service!!! Definitely will recommend and be back for future visits!

We loved our two-night stay at Dharma Hotel & Luxury Suites in September of 2024. The location was a 5 minute walk from Termini train station and very easy to locate with smooth sidewalks on the way (iykyk). The staff was impeccable and available 24/7. They provided an excellent list of restaurants in the area. A buffet breakfast was included at the restaurant next door and they also had happy hour each night with snacks and a free drink. The AC worked great and the area was safe with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff helped us get transportation to the airport and was overall just really great. I can highly recommend this hotel!
