A classic hotel with charm and amenities beyond expectations. From the front door to the check-in desk, the staff were very attentive. The buffet breakfast staff were so accommodating. Everyone made us feel so welcome after a long trip. The Imago staff and dining experience were great as well. The location is superb. I wish I could live there😄

Beautiful hotel located at the top of the Spanish steps. This hotel is top quality and well worth a visit if your looking to treat yourself. Amazing cuisine. Veal was mouth watering, really tender. Tiramisu was absolutely delicious. Piano players in the evening time are excellent. I definitely hope to return again.

The location, right on the Spanish Steps, is unbeatable - right in the heart of the city and perfect for exploring Rome. The views are breathtaking, and many rooms offer spectacular panoramas. Booked to stay for 3 nights before a cruise leaving Rome. Last time we were in Rome we were robbed at a train station and looking forward to a better experience.
I went to make a reservation for Hassler on their website site and did not get a confirmation so made a new one.
Prior to coming we had to cancel the week before to attend a funeral. Was very disappointing.
Then to our surprise were billed for our room. Apparently a double booking I advised this was a technical issue as we did not get a confirmation and clearly a double booking.
The service from the hotel is they would not refund not there problem and will not issue a credit.
I have stayed at many high end hotels very poor response to the clear issue with the booking.
If it was made deliberately it would have also been cancelled

One of Europe's most exclusive hotels and venues. We have gone for three years and it keeps getting better! The food at our gala was beyond delicious. The location cannot be beat...top of the Spanish Steps. Just exquisite!
