This place was such a delight, I loved absolutely everything about it.
I ended up having to go alone because my husband had to leave Rome unexpectedly. Not for one second did I feel lonely or uncomfortable. I am so sorry I didn’t get my waiter’s name, but he was so wonderful, professional and knowledgeable.
My meal started with the most amazing gazpacho, fresh homemade bread and divine olive oil (on the House), followed by very refreshing escarole, and the chef’s signature pasta dish (Spaghetti e pomodoro) that honestly didn’t blow my mind, simply because I come from a family of amazing cooks. I feel it lacked more basil or Parmesan. Glazed turbot fish with zucchini was remarkable. For dessert, I chose Millefoglie. It didn’t have a thousand layers but it was a 1000% spectacular with layers of different flavors. They also offer the most amazing wine selection, absolutely amazing. The ambience is lovely (I sat on the terrace), the views of the city, atmosphere, everything is just perfect. Unless you are a spoiled rotten brat that is impossible to please, there is nothing not to adore at Niko Romito Roma.

Iconic experience, maybe the best dinner I had in Italy and for sure the best in Rome. We were a party of four and we ordered the tasting menu with wine pairing. Service was very professional and the staff were working as a team. Few dishes were simply breathtaking and tasty like the cold pasta and Caviar, the cold zucchini  soup and the pasta (three first pictures). The wines were great and complimented the hand of a young, yet very professional chef.  The touch of Niko Romito was clear including the home breads and the multi-use of vegetables.

we chose Menu Degustazione for dinner and some of them were amazing but some also a miss. the  glazed escarole with pine nut cream, cold tagliolini and the zucchini soup are my favourite. they also served great cocktail.

Everything was perfect. The staff were very nice and welcoming, the food we ordered was perfectly done. We got bread and dessert on the house and left very full. The food had a very unique taste with many flavors, the food was balanced so well.
We arrived at 1:30pm on a weekday in September and the restaurant was almost empty
