Exceptional Experience at J.K. Place

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at J.K. Place in Rome, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This was our  first time staying at a boutique hotel, and it exceeded all our  expectations.

The suite was spacious, amazing, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly want. The attention to detail was impressive and made a significant difference in our comfort.

What stood out the most was the phenomenal service we received. The staff was not only professional but also incredibly personable, making us feel valued and special. Their interpersonal skills and dedication to detail were evident in every interaction.

I especially want to mention the General Manager, Maria Strati, who truly went above and beyond to accommodate our every need, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect.

Hands down, this was the best service and accommodations we have ever experienced at a hotel. We will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend J.K. Place for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay

While I didn’t stay here I went through the whole check in process with the friends I was tagging along with. The customer service was superb and the room? Good golly, absolutely lovely. We ended up leaving our bags in the room and heading downstairs to the restaurant after our long trip back into Rome. And the wait staff was devine! The food was not amazing but that is more of a cook/chef issue and nothing to do with the people who helped tend to us.

Update 2024: One year later and J.K. Place Roma still excels at every aspect! Familiar faces, stellar food, superior most lovely service by the wonderful team and a facility that feels brand new and marvelously maintained. Google doesn't allow us to submit a second review, hence the edit. J.K. Place Roma has truly become our second home in Rome. We will be back!

2023: Going to Rome? Don't look ANY further. J.K. Place Roma is the single best hotel we've stayed at ever. The entire place is just stunningly beautiful, from reception to lobby to the floors and rooms: Amazing interior design and love for details. But what REALLY makes the difference is the staff. While being 100% authentic the team at J.K. Place Roma delivers an absolute superb customer service. We haven't experienced this any better anywhere else on the globe. Everyone was simply amazing. This includes the team members who make up the rooms who get overlooked often. We don't know how J.K. motivates their people but everyone excelled our expectation. We talked to other guests and they all shared our experience. Apart from the outstanding service, breakfast is amazing. Whenever we come back to Rome, it'll always be J.K. Place! Thanks to everyone there for giving us an outstanding time in Italy.
