Great hotel! The comfort level in the rooms is amazing when you consider the property -- having a wonderful HVAC system in a quaint property is not easy, and we slept great. The linens were also to die for, and the twice daily service in the room was really helpful.

I'd have wished for more coffee and water in the room. I was also surprised that the front desk staff -- while super friendly and well intentioned -- was not better prepared to assist with museum tickets, etc., especially in a tourist town.

We'd be very happy to stay there again.

This place is just amazing.  Via Margutta might just be the most charming street in Rome, centrally located and quiet.  The public areas are beautiful, the rooms are extremely well appointed.  Breakfast was top notch.  My partner had a small medical urgency and they contacted a doctor who came by the hotel that day, and took care of the problem.  There is a pharmacy is 5 minutes walk away.  Ottimo!

Our stay at Margutta 19 hotel was nothing short of superb. The food was delicious, the service impeccable, and our room with a garden view was a delightful touch. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is evident, and it feels like the general manager is personally ensuring everything is perfect. We are so happy we chose to stay here, close to everything and will definitely return for future visits. A special thanks to Nabila at reception, who was amazing and incredibly helpful, making our stay even more wonderful. We can't thank her enough and the entire team!

This place is an oasis in the centre of bustling Rome. From entry, you find yourself in a quiet pedestrian street lined with long vines and greenery.

The hotel is modern, clean and spares no expense for comfort. The beds are some of the best we’ve had.

The restaurant/bar offer a wide selection of food and drink, featuring authentic local Roman pastas, meats, vegetables and the usual dessert suspects (gelati, tiramisu and mousse) as well as some well some more surprising ones (a French style flan, mille-feuille and more). The breakfast buffet was also delicious with lots of options to keep you satisfied.

I highly recommend staying here and will definitely return!

Very nice, discreet hotel in a tranquil street behind what is a relatively busy area.

The staff were impeccably accommodating and gracious.

When we first arrived there was a mix-up caused by the third party we booked the room through (there was no bathtub even though it was included in the third party listing, not the hotel's fault) although initially saying they would not being able to move us to a room with a tub, they got back to us within an hour to say we could move to a suite with tub. For some a small thing but for us it really made a difference to our stay.

There's a very nice outdoor dining area attached to their restaurant at the back, we had lunch and dinner there several times on short notice and there was never a problem getting a table.

If you get a room facing the back of the hotel there are trees with parrots and song birds that create a lovely atmosphere in the mornings and evenings. But with the windows closed it's very quiet and the aircon is very efficient.

One star off because the room service food and breakfast was slightly lower quality than we expected for this level of hotel, but not terrible.

Overall a safe choice if you prioritise a central location and high level of service.
