My self and my partner traveled to Rome for a long weekend (Fri - Mon). When we arrived, we relaxed in the lounge area and the staff took care of all of the formalities. Even though we arrived early (10:30) we were able to get straight into our room and we were upgraded to a junior suite!! The suite itself was extremely large and comfortable, and we felt very much at home.

The location of the hotel is superb, just off the corner of the Piazza Navona and over the 4 days we didn't even need to avail of the public transport as everything is within close walking distance of the hotel.

I would definitely recommend the Martis Palace Hotel, as the staff, service & location deservedly get a 10/10 !!!

This place was amazing.  I was travelling with my mother who is in a wheelchair, access was really easy via lifts with no steps.
The staff could not have been more helpful & attentive, they even upgraded us to a junior suite that was perfect, with lots of room for her wheelchair and walker, a bed for each of us & a comfy sofa.  The bathroom was huge and staff provided a lovely large chair for her in the shower.  The location of the hotel is perfect, just off the corner of the Piazza Navona with close walking distance of the Pantheon & other wonderful sites.  The cobbled streets were sometimes a bit challenging with a wheelchair but on the whole a lot better than I had expected.  Overall Rome treated my mum like a VIP with free entrance and skipping queues helping to make this one of the best most memorable trips we have ever had together.  I would highly recommend the Martis Palace Hotel for anyone visiting Rome - thank you to the wonderful team at the hotel - it means so much.

Such a great hotel in a fabulous location. We walked everywhere during our stay!  Junior suite was spacious for 3 adults. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because we could not get WIFI in our room which made it difficult to work at night. Also the air conditioning in the room at night did not work very well.  But the staff was great and breakfast was included with our stay which was so perfect and convenient!  I would definitely stay at this hotel again!!

I highly recommend this hotel. It’s worth every penny. The hotel service is exceptional, and the staff made me feel right at home. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to assist me. They recommended a fantastic tour that I thoroughly enjoyed. They even called a taxi service and waited outside to ensure that we got into the right taxi.

The housekeepers were professional and kind, making sure that my room was spotlessly clean.

The bed sheets were clean, and the room itself was extraordinarily clean. The bathroom was also spotless.

The dry cleaning service was top-notch. I had my designer clothes, pajamas, scarves, and socks dry cleaned, and they came out looking pristine.

The breakfast was an amazing experience.
The restaurant was also really good. I had my meals there twice, even though I ate from the food tour, because it was good. I’ll be staying here again for my next vacation in Italy. I highly recommend this hotel.

We truly enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The location is great and staff very attentive. Great service. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, not much of the choice on the hot dishes though.
We had Classic Double room, but very strange layout with a shower built in the walking in corridor with glass door, it felt very awkward  to take a shower
