We were in Rome for 11 days and tried several bars but Milea is by far the best! We ended up going there 3 or 4 nights during our stay. My husband and I both tried multiple drinks from the vast menu. Everyone was made to perfection and true to their flavor profile! They have a very extensive and unique selection of spirits.
Our waiter was super nice and remembered us the second night we showed up. The bartender was also nice and a master at his craft. The complimentary snacks were wonderful. Service was impeccable!
We ordered the eggplant parmigiana one night which was fantastic, The atmosphere is beautiful and cozy. I would highly recommend Milea! It is a must if you are in Rome.

Milea Cocktail Bar was one of our favorite spots in Rome! My husband and I loved it so much that we came back the next night for a drink before dinner. The cocktails were exceptional—creative, well-balanced, and truly special. It’s not always easy to find great cocktails in Italy, so we really appreciated the owner’s deep knowledge of spirits from around the world. We were even surprised to see mezcal on the menu, which was a fun find since we’re from San Diego.

The chocolate cocktail was absolutely incredible, and every drink we tried was crafted with care by a very talented bartender. On top of the great drinks, the owner and server were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the experience even better. We also loved the atmosphere—the art, music, and overall vibe made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a well-made cocktail.

Highly recommend Milea to anyone looking for a top-tier cocktail bar in Rome. Can’t wait to visit again!

Excellent place! Cocktails are perfect! Very good service. We tried clover club and lavandar touch. It was amazing. Great choice of music and very good atmosphere.

This was easily our favorite cocktail bar in Rome. The Bloody Mary was easily the best one I’ve ever had. We had several cocktails and all were stunning!
