Our stay at the accommodation from 24 Nov to 26 Nov 2024 was stellar and heartwarming.

The way you treated my family and I was not that of a typical tourist or shall i say a 'transactional one', but you guys treated us as family and with utmost attention, even reminding us abt our id while we are out and about, not forgetting telling us to be at a restaurant early to avoid disappointment. One may say it's your job but i always believe in sincerity and you guys have shown that Nerva have that above all.

I believe you have treated all guests alike as I can see even your restaurant staff were homely and polite to families eating during breakfast. Not typical conversations but that of welcome and warmth.

i congratulate you guys on a job well done and with the hospitality you all have shown, no wonder the expression
goes "All roads lead to Rome".

Nice Hotel with warm welcoming and kind stuff. Rooms are very clean, breakfast is interesting. High quality hotel. Location is close to popular sightseeing’s, you can reach them by 10-20 minute walk. I do recommend.

Fantastic location just minutes walk from the Roman Forum and the Colosseum. Very friendly and attentive staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable but a bit small for the price. The breakfast, in particular the caprese salad and lox tartine were fantastic, though a bit overpriced (breakfast is not included in the room rate). However, it was worth it for the location which allowed us to walk everywhere while staying just one night. Two welcome drinks were included per person which was also a very nice perk, but hard to use if you're only staying one night. We would still recommend this hotel if you want to see a lot of Rome in a short time!

We have just returned from a 3 night stay to celebrate our 40th birthdays. The hotel was a highlight of our trip. The rooms are on the smaller side (you are in central Rome after all) but perfectly designed. It was a great location. Shout out to all the brilliant staff at the hotel, service was top class. We will return for sure!

So happy we found this hotel! We recently stayed with our two young children and it was a lovely place. Everyone was so kind and helpful, the location was great, and the room was perfect for our family. Also had a chance to meet the owner while having breakfast, who was very nice and took the time to chat with us and our kids, and we were able to hear about the history of the place. Would highly recommend!
