Excellent Italian food with generous portions. We couldn’t finish some of the dishes. Very nice service and intimate setting although we did not particularly enjoy the small room with the shutter roof.

Incredible meal very worthy of their Michelin star. Every course had unique flavors, and they were fairly substantial by tasting menu standards. The dishes come a bit on the faster side, but everything was just wonderful. The neighborhood is quite cute as well!

Favorite dish was the shrimp carpaccio with four gras.

Overall nice experience.  10 course tasting with wine pairing.  Wine was very good.  Food was interesting but did not leave us looking or wanting for more.  Presentation was very nice.  All together for a 700 euro experience, it simply was not worth it.

One standout dish of the evening was undoubtedly the red sorbet served alongside one of the savory courses. This unexpected pairing was a revelation, perfectly balancing sweet and savory in a way that elevated the entire meal. The expertly paired wines further enhanced each course, showcasing the sommelier’s keen understanding of how to complement the menu.

The atmosphere at Per Me Giulio was warm and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a special celebration. The wait staff were lovely and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the evening. However, the experience fell just short of perfection due to the service at our table. While professional and courteous, the staff could have been a bit more engaging to create that truly five-star experience.

Despite this minor detail, our evening at Per Me Giulio was outstanding. The delicious food, exceptional wine pairings, and the joyous atmosphere made my father’s birthday celebration unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special dining experience in Rome.
