We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel during our last city stop in Italy for our honeymoon before we fly back home. We were surprised with a room upgrade upon checking in by Mr. Ibrahim which we were so incredibly happy & grateful for! The rooms are so clean and modern we truly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was delicious and affordable, we really enjoyed the coffee as well it was so delicious! I didn’t take much photos but I did photograph the stunning rooftop lounge with a fantastic view, a beautiful place to enjoy a cup of tea and watch the sunset. Nearby the hotel is a great supermarket & so many iconic historic Roman landmarks. We walked all over the city and found it easy to come back to the hotel to rest midday. Overall our stay was memorable thank you to all the wonderful staff, we will most definitely be back next time we visit this beautiful city!

We recently stayed at this hotel in Rome, and there were several aspects that stood out positively, particularly its prime location within walking distance of the main attractions. The room was spacious, and we appreciated the nice shower in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when we encountered an issue with our room. They promptly provided us with an alternative room for the night and ensured that our original room was repaired by the following morning.
However, we did notice a few areas for improvement. The reception area felt smaller than what I would expect from a five-star hotel, with a desk that was only about two meters long. During peak times, there was often only one staff member at the desk, which resulted in longer wait times for check-in and assistance. It might be beneficial to have additional staff during busy periods to enhance the guest experience.
The breakfast service also left room for improvement. While it was satisfactory, it didn’t quite meet the high standards of other five-star hotels we have visited. The food seemed like it could have been leftover from the previous day, and the breakfast bar was somewhat cramped with limited seating. When the breakfast rush hit, it created long queues for both seating and food.
We found it a bit unusual when a waiter asked guests at a table for four if they would mind sharing with another couple. While we understand the intent to optimise seating, it can be uncomfortable for guests, especially in the early morning when many prefer a quieter start to their day. Perhaps offering additional seating options in a nearby lounge or bar area could alleviate this issue.
Overall, this hotel has a lot of potential with its great location and friendly staff. With some adjustments to the reception service and breakfast arrangements, it could truly align itself with the expectations of a five-star experience.

We were recently in Rome and stayed at this new hotel. Our experience here was over the top! They have an exceptional staff that was attentive to our every need in addition to being very courteous and personable! Our room was beautiful and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had good lighting to do makeup and staffed with enough towels.
We had a beautiful and delicious dinner on the rooftop which gave the most fabulous view of the city of Rome.
We would highly recommend this hotel!

Perfect location (between Pantheon and Colosseum), roof-top is great bonus! very good staff everywhere: reception, breakfast and bar. Superb service. Everything in room bar is complimentary - very comfortable to pick anything without thinking twice. Superior breakfast. Special thanks to Soraya for welcoming and introducing the hotel.

With a room price of EUR 650 per night (not in high season), you should expect a lot. The location is great, the rooftop is great, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is good. But the rest does not correspond to a 5-star hotel. The room is just a little bigger than the bed, eggs etc. cost extra at breakfast and are very expensive, and there is no good espresso (only a machine that you have to pour yourself). Smell of sewerage in the bathroom, room cleaning that does not remove the rubbish or refill the minibar, no shelves in the shower, no ashtray, no body lotion, strange lighting concept, balcony door that blocks half the room, etc. Cocktails and finger food are good but generally very expensive. None of these are really serious problems, but at this price it just shouldn't be that way, the hotel unfortunately deserves 4 stars at most. There is still a lot of potential for improvement and price reduction.
