Amazing and old pasticceria in a beautiful neighbourhood close to Maria Maggiore.
Kind and loving stuff will help you with everything. Delights are out of this world. Especially sfogliata with ricotta, fruit tarts and canolli. What can I do, I like the southern touch.
My favorite is coffee bigné. Delicious !

Long but fast-moving queues on a Saturday morning, as most customers opted for take-out pastries.

The maritozzo was surprisingly light and refreshing, despite its generous amount of cream, and wasn't overly sweet. We also tried a ricotta pastry with specks of chocolate, which was decent but leaned a bit sweeter. The cornetto with cream was alright—while the cream was too sweet for my liking, the puff pastry itself was well-made.

Limited seating for both the pastry store and cafe.

Tip: you can head straight to the café next door and order the maritozzi (along with a small selection of other pastries) with your coffee, rather than getting your pastries first and then heading to the café for your drink.

Incredible amount of choice in this beautiful Pasticceria, any Italian treat you could imagine is available at more than reasonable prices. The Maritozzi we had here were hands down the best during our weeks visit! Staff were warm and friendly and service was quick. Highly recommend!
