Absolutely a must do when in Rome!
I booked the food & wine tasting group experience wanting to know about the pairings and also wanting to know a little bit of history about these.
We were presented with each pairing, told a little bit about them and then got to enjoy these as a group. As a solo traveller, I was super excited to do this in a group setting.
Host was incredible at going through all the food & wine pairings.
The group & the host were also super friendly. It is definitely an experience for all solo travelers, couples, friends, groups etc., I would highly recommended this & I will definitely be doing this again!

We did the cooking class and wine tasting here. I highly recommend. The wine flowed and both chef and sommelier were fabulous. Ended with a lunch, consisting of what we made, with a wine pairing for each course. Great way to spend an afternoon. In Rome!

It's very easy to make reservations online and the food and wine were absolutely wonderful!! The wine was a bit on the pricey side at €14 per glass, but I did find it to be very high quality! We ordered Cacio e Pepe since Carbonara wasn't on the menu like we'd hoped, but we were not disappointed whatsoever!

Four generations of the Roscioli family have been feeding Romans and visitors to The Eternal City since opening their antico forno bakery over a century ago. Today there’s also the salumeria, caffè/pasticceria, and this fabulous wine bar/restaurant which offers sommelier-guided wine tastings over dinner. It’s popular and packed; they do two sittings and you’ll probably have to queue on arrival despite having a booking. Use it as an opportunity to get to know your fellow diners, as seating for the tastings is communal. The sommelier looking after my table of 6 was both entertaining and informative – and the food and wine pairings were all good. If you prefer to just eat, drink and enjoy, that’s also an option – but if you’re a serious food and wine lover I recommend the structured approach as it’s a great opportunity to really consider how different wines work with different flavours. The classic cacio e pepe pasta was a highlight!

This place deserves even more than 5 stars.
Absolutely amazing from food to service to atmosphere.
We had an amazing dinner date with absolutely delicious food, great wine and good vibes. The wine sommelier was incredibly kind and gave us many great tips and of course, provided us with wonderful wine.
Will definitely go back here!
