Really classy! A lovely old-school restaurant. Courtesy to the fore. Cooking and presentation excellent. The fillet steak we had was absolutely stunning. Just the best. Good value for money too!

Only quibble is the obligatory Yankee contingent. But they're the ones with money. At least it's not Arabs or Chinese.

We were recommended this place from locals who said this is where they eat. Our last meal in Italy. All the pastas were good except my 40euro truffle pasta dish. What a very sad disappointment. Pasta so overcooked that it was mushy. An hour later, I was throwing it up. Lesson learned...stick to the cheap pastas. Desserts were tasty. The service was great. There are better restaurants in Roma, less ambiance but then again, we don't eat ambiance. 😊

Our concierge recommended this to us because we wanted a local, low key dinner, and it completely delivered. The food was great and the older gentleman waiting on us, who I assumed was the owner was so nice to us and gave us great recommendations on what to order. The setting was quiet and romantic. We'll definitely eat here again when we return to Rome.

Service was slow and rude. Portions were on the small side but very tasty.

Food was scrumptious and somewhat unique but proceed with caution.
Be prepared for the possibility of the below inconveniences.

Took them ten minutes to "prepare" the bill after we asked for it. One of the older gentleman had to hand write our order on a slip of paper, after our meal was completed, and then gave it to the server to present to us.
Prices were almost double what I've paid elsewhere in Rome.
