Loved this hotel. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. There was good variety for the breakfast buffet and it was all good quality, so enjoyed every breakfast and the kitchen/waiting staff were exceptional. The decor in the hotel has great character, our room was so memorable and the AC worked great for the warm days/nights. One odd thing was no soap holder in the shower so had to keep it on the bathtub edge. Also wish there was a kettle for some late night hot drinks. The location gets you out of the tourist area but not too far of a walk to most of Rome, but also very close to a grocery shop and a taxi rank. If I ever come back to Rome, I'd stay here again.

First class service from the time of booking till we left.
I emailed the concierge with some questions that were answered within 12 hours. I did expect to wait longer for a reply.
I requested an upgrade to a room with a balcony, it was beautiful. The bed was comfortable,  there was a kettle, I did take my own tea and coffee, an iron and an ironing board and a fabulous hairdryer in the huge bathroom. I was delighted with the jacuzzi in the bathroom. Sadly due to mobility issues we could not use it.  It's very high to get into. We made great use of the balcony, when it wasn't raining. The view was amazing.
Breakfast had a great choice, bacon, scrambled eggs, 4 different fruit juices, cereal, yoghurt, cold cuts , cheeses, bread, rolls, toast and pastries. There is plenty of fresh fruit on offer every day. If you cannot be satisfied with what's on offer, then I don't know.
The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Our cleaner, sorry I don't know her name was happy and chatty, even the morning we were leaving.
Jude the barman certainly knows his job and does it very well.
I'd love to offer a special thanks to Janina and the reception staff for all their help and recommendations on places to eat. The 2 they recommended were wonderful.
At check out we were offered transfer to the airport with the hotel limousine at a very competitive price.  We jumped at it as it was so convenient.
If I ever return to Rome, HRP will be my first choice.
Do yourself a favour and try it out.

Hotel was ok.. room was not as described in brochure. Paid for a Deluxe Double but there was nothing Deluxe about it... didn't  even have coffee making facility. Walls were paper thin, toilet was really difficult to flush. Bed was comfortable though.

Nice and clean hotel, staff were hit and miss - some lovely people on main reception were let down by poor service at the bar. The hotel is in a fantastic location, relatively quiet area, within walking distance of some major sights and shopping. 15 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, 10 to the Spanish Steps and

This hotel was beautiful for me and my boyfriends city break to Rome. We are both very young adults (18) and this is our first time travelling alone. I booked this hotel as it was close to many attractions and it had good reviews, and thankfully it lived up to my expectations!

It’s about a 40min drive from the Fiumicino airport (apologies if i’ve spelt that wrong), a 15 min walk from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps and a 30 min walk from the colosseum, palatine hill, and the roman forum.

The bed and breakfast was nice, as travelling to Rome is a very expensive trip so the free breakfast was a great relief. We also loved the roof top setting! The options for food were limited though, however they were all very tasty! Options included a selection of fruit, yoghurt, scrambled egg, bacon, cereal, pastries, fruit juices, tea, ham, cucumber, toast etc.

The room we stayed in was also very beautiful and had an ancient rome vibe. It was perfect for us. Very clean and well maintained. It also included a safe that we could use free of charge. Opposite the hotel there was also a nice little stall that also offered lots of drinks and sweet treats for a cheap price.

The staff were very kind to us and a nice man allowed us to keep our room for 4 hours longer after check out (11am) for only an extra €30. We didn’t use the spa as we came here primarily for the Roman attractions, however, it looked lovely on the photographs and was €45 for 3 hours.
