I was a single tourist lady meeting other tourist couple there. We certainly didn't feel discriminated in any way and had a good time.

I dress very casually like a leggings and sneakers. Nobody even mention that on the entrance. (I changed to dress and heels for the evening).

Music and drinks were very good and it really didn't feel creepy even the percentage of single men might be higher than women.

Definitely recommended place to go! Only disadvantage for me is pretty late opening time, but it's the South of Europe I guess.. :-)

The place looks amazing with great decoration, but when we went there, they were more single guys than couples and it made it pretty creepy.
Nobody explains you the rules of the club or give you a visit of the place, even if you're a new member.
Also it lacks some things for a club like that, no condoms, no towels, no wet wipes, no trash cans.... Apparently there are some in the toilets but not accessible when you want to clean the seat were people were playing before you. The night we came there were no hand paper in the toilets and one was out of soap.

Paid 40 euros to get there on an Uber.  I had on gray slacks and button down shirt. She had on black skirt and sexy spaghetti strap top. We got to the door and guy with an attitude and clipboard in his hand refused entry telling us we were not dressed elegantly enough! Profiling clearly not wanting tourists in their club! Shame on them! Beware!

Swingers 69 was our absolute favorite club in Rome and we only went on a weeknight! After checking out Bad Romance and Flirt Club, nothing came close to the sultry, unique vibe so centrally  located in Rome. Located right in the city center and open every day except Monday, it’s got that irresistible haunted Gothic mansion decor that sets the perfect sexy mood. The atmosphere is captivating, and the energy is electric—perfect for indulging in those forbidden desires. A must-visit for anyone looking for the ultimate swinger experience in Rome! The admin of place is weird and inconsistent.  I checked before going 2-3 times stating I was a si gle guy and grey told me entry was euro 120, which us ok, but when I reached the club, they denied entry, saying only couples are allowed.  I respect their rules, but it was a complete waste of time saving checked in advance and told to come and then being told only couples are allowed. Guess the owner or admin is. Moody person. And lack the basic decency of at least apologising. Check 10 times before you go
