The hotel is aesthetically beautiful but functionally challenging to put it mildly. I stayed here for a business trip over 3 days. The below are important highlights:

Pros:
- Pretty lobby
- Pleasant staff
- Water bottles provided in room daily
- Steamer available upon request

Cons:
- ZERO counter space in the bathroom. The entire sink is a 2ft wide basin. The entire thing is the sink.
- No desk in the room
- Room Service ends at 10:30pm sharp.
- No gym. Partnership with gym within 15 minutes walking distance for €20 per entrance
- Flat bed pillows. They look fluffy, but compress immediately upon contact.
- Wifi not suitable for VPN connections (work laptop couldn’t connect the entire trip)
- Room service order system through web app inoperable the entire stay. Could only place orders through calling the front desk.
- Shower leaks water into bathroom floor
- Limited towel hanging options
- Dark bathroom lighting

As mentioned by other reviews, the hotel is nice, clean and trendy. I appreciate the little to-go breakfast bag.
If you are a first time visitor, the hotel is not close to any of the highlights so consider Uber or buses but the latter can be late/unreliable.
We stayed for 3nights, on the second they hosted an event and the dj music was  very loud, the bass could be felt in the room. If you are a light sleeper, consider other options.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Hoxton. The staff were absolutely amazing, so sweet and thoughtful. They remembered our child's name and treated her with the utmost kindness. The rooms were beautiful and spacious and the food and cocktails were delicious too. It was a bit out of the main attractions of the city, but super close to the serene Villa Borghese. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet. Lastly, I never once saw the cleaning staff for the rooms anywhere, but our room was always made up perfectly every day we were gone.

Lovely Boutique hotel that is popular with the locals with great food and service. Excellent service no matter where you sit! Surprisingly beautiful decor with just enough room for cozy sit down at there bars of restaurants sitting. Jazzy evening entertainment and tasty drink selections.

Spent a few nights here with my family and found the room to be nicely decorated, although very dusty. It made my allergies act up which was uncomfortable. On the last night (Saturday) of my stay I could hear the bass of some nearby party vibrating the floor of my room and could not fall asleep for hours. The music was incredibly loud and played all through the night. If this is a common experience on weekends then I would recommend staying away from this hotel if you want some sleep. The beds themselves were adequate and comfortable enough. The breakfast service was abysmal. It took ages to place an order, and when it arrived the food was not very good. Toast was often burnt, or cold by the time it arrived at the table. The front lobby staff were helpful in arranging taxis but very cold during our interactions. I did not get the feeling me or my family were welcome at this hotel because of this.
