We had pici with duck ragu and veal with mashed potato, which were specials. They were good, but the best dish was chocolate mousse. Crunchy and soft texture and sweet and salty flavors get along really well. We loved it!

Before anything else, the service here is top notch without doubts. The bread here was one of the best we had in our trip. They gave us a on the house starter which was delicious with the bread. The food is quite good and the tiramisu was fantabulous. We were not happy with our pasta and its salt level, but they offered us an alternative dish and even gave a discount which speaks for the service. Also gave us digestive shots on the house which was a wonderful end to the dinner. We did not even realize we spent so much time here.

My friends and I went here for dinner on our first night in Rome and it was our favorite meal that we had while in Rome. We made an early dinner reservation and was sat right away. Our server was super nice, brought us English menus and was super helpful when we had questions about the menu.

They seem to have a rotating menu so a couple of dishes we saw on other reviews were not on our menu for that day. They started us out with some bread and sun dried tomato spread that was delicious. Every dish we ordered was super flavorful and was perfectly cooked. Even though one of my friends was a vegetarian the waitress helped him figure out what dishes he could order.

I would not hesitate to come back to eat here if I visit Rome again. Just one thing is if you want to make a reservation you have to give them a call.

One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. My mother and I visited during our trip to Rome. We ordered the onion tart, spaghetti with squid ink sauce, meatballs, latte cotto, and tiramisú. The cheese and salad complimented the sweetness of the onion tart wonderfully and the squid ink special was incredible. The pasta was a perfect al dente and not too hard or soft. The meatballs were a great texture and not heavy at all. The latte cotto was soft and delicate and went well with the tiramisú, which was one of the best tiramisus I’ve ever had, boasting a lovely harmony between the gentle sweetness of the cream and bitterness of the coffee/rum. The sourdough bread was also so a highlight for us, with a fragrant yet subtle tang.
Not only was the food delicious, but the service was amazing. Our servers were so kind and even offered to call us a taxi following our meal so we didn’t have to struggle communicating with the operator. My mother lost her phone that night and we called the restaurant multiple times to check. The staff were gracious and empathetic, giving us tips for calling the taxi company and never showing frustration.
