Loved W Roma. Myself and my toddler stayed here in November.  Such a stylish, stunning hotel. The rooms were beautiful; I loved the shower and the bed was so comfortable. The location is also excellent and everything we wanted to see was within walking distance.

Unfortunately, my bag was stolen in the city on our first evening. When we returned that night Intol the hotel staff as my card was also taken. They took such good care of us.

A huge thank you to Camilla (welcome desk), Ornero and Flaviano (conceierge); you three were so kind and thoughtful and honestly, it lifted our spirits after such an ordeal.  You made our stay in Rome a whole lot better. We will never forget your kindness. Many thanks. Liz and Élodie. X

Fantastic location and exceptional staff. The location is pretty central to all the main sights and the rooms are comfortable and modern. We were upgraded to a beautiful corner room and house keeping went above and beyond to have our rooms freshened and cleaned every day. They took care of the little things and left small thoughtful touches which were greatly appreciated. The breakfast is probably the best I’ve had at any Marriott property with wonderful pastries and plenty of varied options. While the buffet isn’t endless like other hotels, it is well curated and top quality. The staff are the cherry on top - always willing to help with a smile. Their team helped arrange a surprise for a celebration and the whole process was seamless. We loved our week at W Rome and cannot wait to be back!

We love a good W Hotel, and this one truly impressed us! Tucked away on a quiet street, it offered a peaceful atmosphere whenever we came and went. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were warmly greeted and felt right at home. Inside, everything felt fresh and new, with beautiful, modern design touches throughout.

Our king room was compact, as we expected, but very functional. The only downside was limited space for luggage, with a small wardrobe that didn’t fit much. However, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was wonderfully quiet for a restful night’s sleep.

We ordered room service, and the pasta was outstanding—some of the best I had during my time in Italy. We also enjoyed the hotel bar with friends almost every evening. The cocktails were excellent, and the ambiance was perfect.

The gym in the basement was another highlight. It had a stunning design, probably one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen, with all new equipment and a spotless environment.

Overall, this W Hotel combines style, comfort, and top-notch amenities, making it a great choice for any stay!

One of the best stay we had in Italy. We tried many different 5 star hotels on our vacation from Milan to Florence to Rome. most of them are around 500-800 euro a night and I have to say most of them are terrible! they are old, shampoo provided not good, terrible breakfast, mattress not comfortable, dirty, etc.

So when we book W Rome, we wasn’t really expecting much, but they have definitely surprised me. The hotel and room is not very big, but the mattress and pillows are so comfortable, we had one of the best sleep in Italy, the hygiene was excellent, super clean.

And most of all, staff are amazing, super efficient, they solve everything for me perfectly.

There is also a breakfast pastry, I don’t know the name, but is a raspberry filling cake something. It was absolutely amazing! Fantastic, have to try, best cake I ever had in my Italy trip.

And I have to say, I love the shampoo and shower gel, smells amazing, and make my hair glow back from the cheap shampoo provided by the last hotel.

And best of all, it is really not expensive compared to other 5 star hotels in Italy, but they have such an outstanding services

I have to say, the service is supreme. Above the five stars. We had an issue with the shower, Tamara and her team made all the way to ensure we could move to another room with the shortest waiting time for the new room to get cleaned. Front desk and breakfast staff are always very warm, and ensure guests are okay. The furniture, especially bed is very firm and supportive. The towel is big. The chairs are comfortable. Although there is little issue for the shower door, but shower is very nice with strong water pressure. Also the entrance and front door are little small, and i would change the front desk to the immediate entrance section; but the designer must have his/her reason to arrange the current layout. Location wise, it not in the center of the center, but every places in downtown Rome is within 10-25 minutes of walking, and it is on the very quiet street, yet only two blocks away from commercial section. The breakfast is not full buffet style, but I like the food they provided, especially avocado toast.
