I liked the meat and eggplant appetizer the most. Fired cheese with fig marmalade was ok. I saw a lot of people were having carbonara so we ordered one as well. I cannot say it was bad but a little unusual to my taste. It was a little salty and the sauce was a bit different. I did not like it too much. Overall the service was good and we paid close to 80 Euros which was reasonable. I don’t think anyone would regret to eat here but it is also not a super great one. Can be recommended.

First time in Italy, and this restaurant was recommended by our Air BnB host. We know little to no Italian, but the staff was super accommodating. It's not a touristy type place and the food was very good. We felt welcomed and definitely would recommend this establishment. You helped make our trip memorable.  THANK YOU!

Enjoyed a really nice dinner here tonight with my mother whilst we’re on holiday in Rome.

We started with fried zucchini and the peppers. We didn’t want the dishes to end.

We ended up ordering a third starter of potatoes as we really enjoyed the first two.

Our mains then consisted of a tomato and goats cheese pasta and a chicken liver pasta. Both were cooked to perfection. The goats cheese and tomato was warm and fresh with light red sauce taste, whilst the duck liver was a richer and cheesier dish. It was good to have a bit of both and to mix it up.

We rarely do this, but because we enjoyed our meal so much, and even though we were satisfied and full up, we decided to get dessert. I had a sour cherry and goats cheese cup whilst mum went for the tiramisu. Absolutely divine and the perfect way to end a great meal.

The restaurant itself is simple but sweet, with a range of plates hanging on the walls.

The service was great. Our wait staff often checking in to ensure we were looked after and happy.

I saw a lot of the negative reviews of this place but can only think that people like to complain. I can’t fault this place at all.

The pasta was so delicious, fresh, and not too salty. I also recommend the eggplant dish we had as an appetizer! The only downside is that it would have been nicer if the staff had been a bit friendlier.
