Babette is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the elegant ambiance and warm atmosphere. The food was nothing short of spectacular—innovative, fresh, and bursting with flavors unlike anything I’ve ever had before. Every dish was presented beautifully, a true feast for both the eyes and the palate. Flora, the owner, along with her wonderful staff, provided the best service we’ve ever experienced—attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. Dining at Babette was a highlight of our trip, and we will undoubtedly return again and again. Highly recommend!

We stopped here late for lunch and the servers were kind enough to accommodate us although it was late in the service period. They were smiling, generous, and jovial, and served up some delicious entrees that pleased every member of our family. The amuse bouche - a lovely truffle potato soup, was warm and delicious, and we loved our salad and pastas. Although we did not order dessert what we saw on other people’s tables looked very appetizing! We felt very at home here and welcome and would easily recommend it to families or anyone looking for a great dining experience.

One of the better restaurants in Rome. We informed them we would be 20 minutes late to our reservation and they had no problem holding our table. We were greeted with a warm reception, the wait staff are very kind and attentive. The food is fantastic. Some of the better food we have had in Rome after 3 months of living here.

Didn't have a reservation, they seated us anyway. Truly was an amazing experience from start to finish. The drinks were out of this world. I highly recommend the ravioli, risotto, the lamb, and the veal wellington. Get the caipirinha and the Alaska for drinks. This may be my all time favorite restaurant meal, or at least top 5.
