Food was incredible, knowledge about the wine was fantastic and our two servers were a delight and made the whole night even better. Dylan was fantastic and we didn’t get the other one’s name but his wine knowledge was fantastic. Can be done on a fairly modest budget or you can go all out. So there is something for everyone.

The Che e Pepe was insanely good. The crust holding of the pasta is parm, and the crunchiness is amazing. Check out the video of me cutting a piece of the crust.

Bathroom needs to be clean. One of the server is a bit too aggressive. Slamming the menu, and ripping it off the table.

We were 4 people at the restaurant and enjoyed the atmosphere, ate salads and different pasta as main course. All was very fresh and tasty. The waiter was supper and we didn't have to wait. The price was very reasonable and I'm sure we will return to Benso if we have the opportunity.

This restaurant is lovely. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We came here twice it was that good. Reasonably priced for good fresh food. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Rome to visit this place! Not too far from the colosseum either.

Best carbonara in Rome and we tried a few! The lasagne was also delicious! We are big foodies so please believe us!
Very lovely staff especially a man named Raz. Good people watching but and lovely inside too. It is next to a busy road which is the only downside but don’t let that put you off! Couldn’t recommend enough, you won’t be disappointed. Two courses and a bottle of delicious wine for €58
