Food is truely memorable!
The tatare is chunky and very high quality meats without the usual Worcestershire/ tabasco / mustard / spice mistreatment- it’s plain perfect tatare surrounded by capers, olives, crunchy salads - absolutely perfect!
Frito misto also nicely done with super fresh ligurian seafood.
Service staff are really well trained young guys with great attitude!
Owner chef runs a good liguran culinary battle ship!

We have stayed at Hotel Ristorante Rosita in Finale Ligure many times, and the small hotel is a hidden gem! The restaurant & food served by the owner Dino is fantastic. Pure authentic ligurian cousine made with pride & passion. The location of the hotel is a few hundred meters above the town of Finale, overlooking a fantastic seaview. The rooms are always clean & tidy, and you are always welcomed with a typical family atmosphere. You will never regret staying there! PS! Go for the half board menu, you will NOT be disappointed!

Wonderful place with a great view over the Mediterranean Sea. You really should try the seafood in the restaurant, it’s absolutely delicious. We have stayed several holidays here and we will be back again in September. Really looking forward to stay once again in Hotel Rosita.

Have to say that it's almost a peckless place for holiday stay. We put up in the family suite on the top floor with wonderful views to the sea and cliffs from suite's own terass. Service good, room clean. It's restaurant is Michelin-listed.
