Sinceramente ben poco da dire. Detto che io sono stato ad un pranzo aziendale con menù fisso, contrariamente a quanto accade in questo tipo di eventi, questo ristorante mi ha davvero colpito. Sapendo che lo chef proveniva da un ristorante stellato molto famoso, ero preparato ma comunque i piatti mi hanno fatto un grande effetto: non parlo solo di senso estetico ma in generale. Nella loro semplicità, accostamenti mai banali portano sempre il piatto al voluto equilibrio, taluni magari più verso le morbidezze, altri verdo le durezze. Ma sempre senza stancare, elemento non certo banale. Staff super preparato e davvero gentile. Ci tornerò per una serata ‘normale’ sicuramente, lo voglio testare sul menù quotidiano sicuro che sarà promosso a pieni voti anche in quel contesto😊

Honestly, very little to say. Having said that I was at a company lunch with a fixed menu, contrary to what happens in this type of event, this restaurant really impressed me. Knowing that the chef came from a very famous starred restaurant, I was prepared but nevertheless the dishes had a great effect on me: I'm not just talking about aesthetic sense but in general. In their simplicity, never banal combinations always bring the dish to the desired balance, some perhaps more towards softness, others towards greener hardness. But always without tiring, certainly not a trivial element. Super prepared and really kind staff. I will definitely go back for a 'normal' evening, I want to test it on the daily menu, sure that it will be promoted with flying colors even in that context😊

Ristorante Forme ci ha davvero soddisfatti. La location è molto curata, il personale è preparato e cordiale, la cucina è fenomenale. Le portate hanno dei gusti decisi e ben equilibrati. Abbiamo apprezzato i primi, in particolare i plin ai funghi, nocciola e tartufo nero. Consiglio anche il loro panettone.

Forme restaurant really satisfied us. The location is very well looked after, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the cuisine is phenomenal. The dishes have strong and well-balanced flavours. We appreciated the first courses, in particular the plin with mushrooms, hazelnuts and black truffle. I also recommend their panettone.

Bellissima Location immersa nel verde! è molto bello mangiare e rilassarsi in un contesto del genere, isolati dai rumori della città. Menù degustazione “origini” oltre ad essere ben bilanciato è veramente un viaggio di sapori che con alcune note riporta in Abruzzo. Dalla cucina alla sala tutto lo staff si è mostrato altamente professionale e attendo alle esigenze del commensale. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo considerata la totalità dell’esperienza.

Beautiful location surrounded by greenery! it is very nice to eat and relax in such a context, isolated from the noise of the city. The "origini" tasting menu, as well as being well balanced, is truly a journey of flavors which with some notes takes you back to Abruzzo. From the kitchen to the dining room, all the staff showed themselves to be highly professional and attentive to the diner's needs. Excellent value for money considering the totality of the experience.

Eleganza, calore, servizio, qualità e raffinatezza.
Una gradita sorpresa la proposta di questo locale, che fin dall’inizio stupisce per la classe e l’accoglienza.
Parecchie sale, separate una dall’altra per la massima tranquillità, una sapiente illuminazione che mostra i dettagli e non disturba, un ambiente caldo e intimo che mette a proprio agio.
Un menù non banale, che innova e incuriosisce, con piatti alla carta e due menù degustazione.
Piacevoli e gustosi anche i piatti di benvenuto e la piccola pasticceria finale.
La chef è davvero bravissima, la delicatezza dei sapori e gli accostamenti sono il punto forte, la qualità delle materie prime non può che confermare l’alto livello di questo ristorante.
Il servizio è ottimo, sempre presente ma mai invasivo.
Carta dei vini completa ed ineccepibile.

Several rooms, separated from each other for maximum tranquility, expert lighting that shows details and does not disturb, a warm and intimate environment that puts you at ease.
A non-trivial menu, which innovates and arouses curiosity, with à la carte dishes and two tasting menus.
The welcome dishes and the final small pastries were also pleasant and tasty.
The chef is truly excellent, the delicacy of the flavors and the combinations are the strong point, the quality of the raw materials can only confirm the high level of this restaurant.
The service is excellent, always present but never invasive.
