During my yesterday's dining experience, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the quality of the offerings. The menu proudly highlighted the origin and territoriality of the products used that the restaurant should indeed be proud of.

Dishes showcased multiple textures, precision cutting, and a variety of cooking methods and stages. Visually, they were beautiful, with the presentation of the tortelli standing out for me as particularly elegant; the colours of the plate perfectly matched those of the tortelli.

My personal favourite was the red mullet dish. The combination of smoky cheese and varied textures provided a delightful burst of flavour that literally gave me dopamine goosebumps. Honorable mention: the Fassone beef, with its delicious coating: (chamomile panure and red onions) was exceptionally tasty.

Service at the restaurant was impeccable. The staff 'en salle' was attentive, particularly the experianced 'maître de maison' who offered regular and informative interactions. A special highlight was the interaction with chef Pisani who visited my table, adding a personal touch to the evening.

There was an akward moment with the payment process as I struggled to pay with two foreign cards, all finished well when a diffrent payment terminal was brought. This did not spoil an otherwise very pleasant evening.

In my opinion a 4 for this restaurant suitable as it was truly exceptional however did not fulfill my expectations.

The quality of the food is a no doubt as the thought force that is behind the creation is well noticeable. The staff was kind and positive. However, despite being a 2-Star Michelin restaurant I did not get the “Wow” effect when I was eating, it did not feel or taste like an extraordinary experience. I have been to many gourmet restaurants with different ratings and I believe this was somewhat the same or maybe a little better than the others but I definitely think that the price for what you get is quite expensive. So the only reason I am giving maximum a 4 is because everything was perfect but the price and service is a mismatch in my opinion.

Came back to my favourite restaurant in Milano after 7 years
And the restaurant is just reached 60 anniversary in 2022
Tried the tasting menu of Territori and had several highlights
Love most the eel which is big surprise, since I was never fans of any kind of eel. But this Eel of Po River with soft baked 'tarallo', wild fennel from Val d'Orcia and olives is just full of delight, especially the texture, was never encountered any similar level
Also enjoyed the 'purple' shrimps from Polignano with Chickpeas from Murge, cardoncelli mushrooms and tomato preserves foam
Dessert the 'La cartellata' also full of layers
Definitely will come back when again in Milan

Historical restaurant of Milano. Despite 60 years of cuisine, the dishes are very creative and you can still feel the passion. There is a important research in the ingredients, which you'll taste. The personnel is nice and the location is smart.

Really sophisticated yet relaxed space for dining. Quite enjoyed the design of the restaurant. The food was world-class! The service was the highest you can possibly expect.
