Interesting concept of restaurants. However the fixed menu should be explained in advance.
As well as a super hot ( red chilli 🌶️🌶️🌶️) dish should be highly notified way way in advance because some of clients might have a problem.

As well we were not asked about the cocktail start and we were forced to proceed with the wine.

The table near the cuisine and toilet as well disappointed us because all waiters continuously passed every 2-3 min near us to take in or out new plates plus other people continuously went to the toilet.
The experience could be much better. Imho.

I’m use to enjoy Michelin star o ranked restaurants along the world, as well as local restaurants in every trip. We chose La Società Milano for our new years diner and sadly it was like a scene from Beetle juice.
Food: menu were dishes that didn’t connect between them. Balance of flavors were hard to find because of excess of salt or acid.
Cooking techniques mistreated the product either serving them under cooked, over cooked, or cold.
Service: even dough it was a busy night and were not enough employees to assure a Michelin service, they do their best. Service is an important part , if not the most important when experiencing a meal. They were overwhelmed and had difficulty with serving time/pace.
We got to midnight with glasses of water instead of Prosecco and two plates away from dessert.
Atmosphere: room temp was uncomfortable at the beginning, music was over conversation level (loud).
Chef voice could be heard from the kitchen scolding service.
An extra bottle of wine was over charged .
Sadly it was a very bad and sad experience for our  new years dinner.
It would be interesting to understand as a restaurant that responsibility comes with success . If you are not capable to serve full house on certain circumstances, don’t do it because harms your  establishment.
I would recommend the owners to go over their business gaps and fix them. To Michelin to review what happened.

Overall the restaurant was a disappointment. We reserved online and once we got there, even if the restaurant was almost empty, we were not allowed to sit in the front area of the restaurant, we had to go way in the back.. we did not want that.
The person serving us was the chef himself, which is very strange. He served throughout the whole dinner.. however at all times with an attitude. From the moment we sat down he told us that he will take care of us, but without explaining anything. We had to keep on asking for a menu, for any directions on what should we expect. He did not like that. It seemed like he would choose the food for us. I understand that this concept exists, but tell us ahead of time! There is no information about this while booking.
We ended up discovering that there was a 5 or 8 courses preset menu after but the chef kept on rolling his eyes at every question we had, no patience!
He talked very loud with every table he’d serve, so loud that all the tables would stop their own conversation..
The food was below average. For such a high cost place, of course the food should match in taste, flavor, quality. It was a big disappointment.. each dish had a lot of ingredients but somehow their flavors weren’t bought into the final dishes..
We would not return or recommend this place.

Incredible experience from the best chef in Italy and probably in the world! Very special food, amazing presentation. Makes you feel special. Highly recommend this place!

Strong DON’T for dinner. We went with menu of 5 courses and it was just bad. I am not even talking about value for money, it was bad for whatever price is.

They try to be a fine dining with extraordinary ingredients combinations, but they forgot that it should be at least eatable.
Unfortunately we were extremely hungry and too exhausted to leave and search for another place. But now at least I can help someone avoid eating at this place.

First course was a mushroom spicy as hell. It is not something you expect in Italy, while this spiciness spoiled the single decent meal in the whole menu.
The second corse was acceptable. Not for 95 euro menu, but eatable (I mean, big part of the dish was mayo and in this case i am not sure if it spoiled or saved it).
After that the rest of the menu was a little above the level where you can put it into your mouth without throwing up.
Barely warm pasta with black truffle and dark chocolate was exceptional: I had never thought one can spoil black truffle.

The service was okay, but very slow. Maybe it is a cultural thing.
The only good thing about this dinner was wine, it was really great.

Also want to add that I have experience both in Italian and fine dining (including Michelin stared restaurants) and I am very open to unusual combinations, but “gourmet” kitchen is not just mixing strange ingredients together.
We haven’t try cocktails here, maybe they are worth it, but the food is awful.
