The entrance is a bit further than you’d expect, so it’s a bit tricky. There’s a bouncer at the door and the entrance is on the ground level. You need to take an elevator to get up. If you wear decent clothes like a shirt and jeans you’ll be fine.

Staff is very friendly and adequate. One of the waiters placed us near the dj so the music was kind of loud and we didn’t have a real view. We asked to be seated at the edge for a better view and after about an hour we could move spots.

Drinks are very pricey compared to normals standards, a beer is about 10 euro, and cocktails are between 15-20 euro. If you’re on a tight budget I wouldn’t go, but if you do you should, because the view is quite cool. Crowd is mixed with young and older people.

Location is not enough, but it helps not to get a lower rating. Food is OK and even the wine list is surprising. But service is cold and prices are too high. OK, it's justified be used of the location and it's not really a tourist trap. A drink in the terrace once in a while to remember the magnificent beauty of the Duomo is advised.

the terrace was dilapidated as well as the menu cards. the menu fell apart and the power cables lay across the terrace. the necessary maintenance is required. when you pay 10 euros for a soft drink you can expect something more. the only thing that was good was the view. we did not eat, so I can not say anything about that. staff do not greet us either

Really disappointed to say that this was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had on vacation. I was hoping for a nice drink on our first night in Milan and was lured in by the beautiful patio facing the Duomo. However, I wish I never went up. First, you are accompanied to the top in an elevator. This may seem lavish but it is all downhill from here. As soon as we got to the bar, the staff laughed at us as we walked through. We were dressed appropriately for the bar and there was no reason for this. We were seated at a table with a great view of the Duomo. That is the only plus to this place. The drinks were very expensive ($15 at a minimum) but it would have been worth it if the experience was enjoyable. We ordered three drinks and one coffee. The waiter came back later to tell us that he couldn't make my friend a coffee. When we asked why, he brushed us off rudely and said that was just how it was and then proceed to force her to order a (much more expensive) alcoholic drink. She did not want to and he was very rude about it. Within the same second that our drinks came out, we were handed the bill. When we asked if we could pay once we had enjoyed our drink, they said no and proceeded to call over the manager to make us pay that instant as if we were going to dine and dash when the only way out is an escorted elevator. Once we paid we just wanted to leave. As we got up, we heard 3 other tables complaining about the same issues and the staff surrounded then like a scary gang. They are all miserable and so unprofessional.  I was so grateful to be out of there. Not worth your money or time.

The hotel is generally dirty and poorly maintained. Don’t be fooled by the nice roof terrace with a view to the Duomo. It is not accessible only for drinks at night and it’s not owned by the hotel. You can’t even have breakfast in the restaurant. You must eat you breakfast in your own room with no proper dining table. Lift access to hotel is unattended and dirty. Bathroom shower floods and overhead shower doesn’t work. Hotel corridor has a bad smell.
