Dopo un fine settimana pieno di attività tra cultura e natura alla scoperta del Veneto, rientrando verso Milano decidiamo di cercare un posto in zona Brescia dove pranzare. Ed ecco che ci imbattiamo nel Margoncello. Location accogliente, in un ambiente ordinato e curato nei minimi dettagli.

Dopo dei gustosi entrèe, cominciamo dalle ostriche. Prendiamo entrambe le varietà proposte: Gillardeau e ostriche Rosa, entrambe freschissime, ottime.

Condividiamo La Scarola, sapore bilanciato consistenza ottima e temperatura di servizio perfetta per gustarla in tutta la sua essenza. Menzione speciale le linguine cacio e pepe e riccio. Decidiamo di tuffiarci in questa esperienza dove audacia dello chef e materie prime di alto livello creano una sensazione di estrema armonia.

Il tutto accompagnato da un importante Malvasia friulana.

Personale cortese sorridente e gradevole.

After a weekend full of activities between culture and nature to discover the Veneto, returning to Milan we decide to look for a place in the Brescia area to have lunch. And here we come across the Margoncello. Welcoming location, in a tidy environment with attention to the smallest details.

After some tasty entrées, let's start with the oysters. Let's take both varieties offered: Gillardeau and Pink oysters, both very fresh and excellent.

We share La Scarola, balanced flavor, excellent consistency and perfect serving temperature to enjoy it in all its essence. Special mention for the cacio e pepe and riccio linguine. We decide to dive into this experience where the chef's audacity and high-level raw materials create a sensation of extreme harmony.

All accompanied by an important Malvasia Friulana.

Un pranzo meraviglioso, quando ti viene voglia di pane e nutella perché lo chef ha fatto un pane strepitoso e tu chiedi se fosse possibile??? Eccomi accontentata . Credo che un ristorante che accontenta i suoi clienti in tutto sia già avanti tanto ✌️💪 ovviamente che ve lo dico a fa del dolce in parte , provare per credere dico sempre 😍

A wonderful lunch, when you want bread and Nutella because the chef made amazing bread and you ask if it was possible??? Here I am satisfied.
