Simple but delicious home-style food - you will want to order everything on the menu - and a wine list that will completely blow your mind. Amazing, warm service that reminded us of being welcomed home. Each dish on the menu was verbally translated and explained, after which we were guided through our order in the nicest, most generous way possible. The wine list is such that you can happily disappear into it for an afternoon, and you will anyway want to spend an eternity in what feels like the proprietors’ warm embrace. An absolute highest recommendation and very much worth the detour. (If you’re lucky enough to visit during truffle season, order the truffle pasta!!) Also they fill up, so make sure you call ahead to reserve (they don’t really speak English so get your Italian friend to call).
