In sostanza: antipasto molto buono, diverso. Risotto cacio e pepe e guanciale un po' deludente, non era mantecato a dovere e avrei messo il guanciale in modo uniforme nel piatto. Location discreta, abbastanza elegante. La nota più dolente è stato sicuramente il servizio: davvero troppo lento. Conto medio/alto, piccolo predessert offerto.

In essence: very good, different starter. Risotto with cheese and pepper and bacon a little disappointing, it wasn't creamed properly and I would have put the bacon evenly on the plate. Discreet location, quite elegant. The most sore point was certainly the service: far too slow. Medium/high bill, small pre-dessert offered.

Il posto è ameno, il locale è elegante con tavoli ampi , ben distanziati e alcuni con vista panoramica sulle colline.
Qui abbiamo fatto il pranzo di Natale in famiglia ed è stata una bella esperienza.
Sin dall'accoglienza si capisce che ci si trova in un ristorante di livello, poi tutto il resto collima perfettamente alla prima sensazione positiva.
Il servizio è efficace ed efficiente, non si deve aspettare mai troppo tra le portate.
I piatti serviti singolarmente,sono ben presentati e le pietanze sono gustose e originali.
Tutto buono , segnalo un plus per il cotechino su patata soffice al castelmagno e la lasagnetta su fondo di brasato...
I vini compresi sono dignitosi ma la carta offre anche bottiglie di rango.
Il conto è giusto, in perfetto equilibrio con il menù offerto (60€/CAD compreso le bevande).
Si capisce che la proprietà ha un'esperienza di ristorazione pluriennale anche dai modi educati con gli ospiti.
Alla prenotazione,fatta con largo anticipo, avevo chiesto un tavolo fronte finestra e sono stato puntualmente accontentato; anche i nostri educati cagnolini si sono trovati molto bene.

Right from the welcome you understand that you are in a high-class restaurant, then everything else fits perfectly with the first positive sensation.
The service is effective and efficient, you never have to wait too long between courses.
The dishes served individually are well presented and the dishes are tasty and original.
All good, I would like to point out a plus for the cotechino on soft potatoes with Castelmagno sauce and the lasagnetta on a braised base...
The wines included are decent but the list also offers quality bottles.
The bill is fair, in perfect balance with the menu offered (60€/CAD including drinks).
It is clear that the property has many years of restaurant experience also from its polite manner with guests.
When booking, made well in advance, I asked for a table facing the window and I was promptly satisfied; even our well-behaved dogs had a very good time.

Cibo ottimo, qualità alta, location elegante sia all’interno che all’esterno.
