Food: worth a trip. Modern touch mixed with tradition. The way they deal with fish, in all variation, is outstanding. Some combinations are really surprising.
Then the LOCATION: above any expectation. This is the best view that you can get on the Adriatic coast!

Very original location and restaurant. The personnel is young, passionate and very nice. The cuisine is ultra fine and creative, being very tasty at the same time. One of the best discovery of this year! It clearly deserve a Michelin star.

This is not a review of the restaurant of the associated hotel/rooms of Dalla Gioconda.

For unforeseen reasons, we needed to cancel our room (and dinner) 4 days before the event.

We got charged the full amount of the room for one night. This was okay for me in principle as we informed the hotel only on the day of the stay. However, the main reason for not caring to inform the hotel sooner was its cancellation policy: 50% if cancelled less than 30 days ahead, full amount if cancelled less than 15 days ahead.

I find this policy not acceptable or customer oriented.
