Ok so it didn’t start off great because the chef was not super polite and they forgot my drink order.    But then the food came and I was astonished.  In a country where in general the food is excellent this was a clear step above.   We had the tasting menu and every course had unique and wonderful flavors.  Perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious.   The wine list was also great we had a very reasonably priced French white burgundy that was superb.    It’s worth a trip to Numana just to find this place tucked away half way up the stairs.

One of the best food experience I've ever had in my life.
Topping or at the same level of some of the most notable Michelin restaurants. Incredibly talented chef, definitely worth a trip to the little gem that the village of Numana is.
