We stayed at Donna Carmela Resort in March 2025, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush greenery, with beautifully designed rooms. Our room’s terrace was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the plantations and the sea. The entire property is elegantly designed, exuding sophistication.

The service was exceptional—every staff member was warm, attentive, and welcoming. A special mention to Ms. Eliana, who was outstanding! The resort also features a stylish bar, a great restaurant, and an incredible breakfast spread. The food was fantastic, and the drinks were just as impressive.

Overall, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this place!

Thank you to the whole team at Donna Carmela Resort, we spent a wonderful long weekend at this beautiful place. The staff really made it for us, from the lovely young local lady at breakfast, to the great bar staff to the amazing experience at dinner. The food was amazing and the Sicilian head waiter was so lovely and knowledgeable, it made for a great experience. Grazie!

The suite was perfect for us, spacious, comfy and the entire hotel and its aromatic gardens are relaxing and very pleasant, well maintained and inviting.

But more importantly we would like to congratulate the entire team that made us feel so welcome and turn a good hotel into a great hotel.

The whole team at front desk was friendly, outgoing and very hospitable. We felt so welcomed by all.

Our dining experience was an unforgettable one: the food was delicious and the restaurant team very professional and friendly. We were spoiled with great dishes and delicious wines chosen for us by Gianluca.

Breakfast was by far the best we had during our entire week in Sicily (3 different hotels). The ambiance and the food were perfect and especially the breakfast team made such a huge difference. Smiley, efficient, and with such genuine and great attitude. That has a positive impact on the entire day. It is unique!

The housekeeping lady did a great job also and small, noticable details are what make a difference in this kind of hotel.

We very much recommend.

Blissful retreat in nature!
The gardens of Donna Carmela soothe the soul, and the staff take care of the rest.
It is a privilege to be able to stay in such luxury, have amazing food and be cared for by talented staff.

The hotel was amazing with a great service and a really nice pool.
Added to this the rooms are very comfortable with a large bathroom and great bedding.
The night restaurant there is very nice and was recommandes by the Michelin but it is also expensive so maybe a more affordable alternative could be welcome.
Finally, the breakfast was excellent with many typical Sicilian dish such as crostatas and cakes and Arancinis and also classical breakfast dishes such as croissant yogurts bread etc.
The only negative point of this hotel is the location, it is located near a railway and you can hear the train going by at high speed. Added to this, the locals seemed to take the roads as a dumping ground and if you like to run or if you take the car you we’ll see trashes all along you journey.
