The restaurants is located or part of an organic farm, a villa thatvhas been renovated and it is an actual farm, so they grow their own. The food was fantastic, even their olive oil. We did not went for the degustation menu, we went a la carte, which allowed us to share.and mix vegetarian with non vegetarian dishes, it was great and not too much food. The lamb was delicate and refined, the caneloni filled duck, the egg with artichoke and the venison, so good 👍 😋.  Totally worth the visit.

A must when in the region! This spectacular dining experience is wonderful. It was hard deciding what to order but you cannot go wrong. The staff is very accommodating and well versed in the menu. Most of the food comes from onsite and truly fuses well. Upgrade to the fun blind wine pairing game. It’s fun and the sommelier pairs it well with what you are having. Make sure to plan your stay in Tuscany either on site in this incredible villa or plan your dining around your stay nearby. This exclusive experience is worth every penny and truly is a memorable event.

Fine restaurant. The wine we chose was not cold so they put that wine in the cooling. In the mean time they served us a glas of another fine wine on their expense.  Very classy. We had a fine time.
