It's not a Dream, it's a concrete reality. Excellent wine according to consumption, with the classic Tuscan "consumption" formula of Chianti in the straw flask, various first courses including the unusual, appreciable tortellini in meat broth, obviously the well-known selection of boiled meats, contextual side dishes, wide choice of desserts.
Two types of espresso coffee confirm the attention to detail. The cheaper one of the two is truly excellent. "Coperto" cost justified and reasonable for what is provided.
For a bill fifty percent more than a gourmet pizza I'd say it's no match.  Dream wins at least.

Food is very good and well presented. Kudos to the cooks, your job is amazing! Everything else needs major improvement. The owner looks more like a deranged priest than the owner of a good restaurant. He’s very pushy with the clients who are not allowed to eat in their own time. They mixed up my artichokes order and ignored my complaint entirely. Customer service should be improved consoderably.

Food was good and well presented.
We had the famous "bolito" which is a mix of meat that are not "first choice" (tongue, ox tail, guts etc..). The meat was tender and very tasty. The sauces provided are good match with the meat.
For desert we had a crumble which was very good.
Service can be improved. Cold faces, they ask you to help them with the plates and are not keen to explain in details their product (laconic sentences that sound obvious and make us feel stupid).
