The fried brain for the second course was surprisingly delicate and absolutely delicious. While the desserts were enjoyable, they didn’t quite reach the heights of the other courses.

The menu reads like a love letter to truffles. The pasta was delicious and the steak was excellent as well with a delicious sauce and very tender. I do wish the steak had a slightly harder sear if I am being nitpicky.

I wasn't very impressed with the appetizer (the egg, beef tartare and fondue) as I think it relied a little too heavily on the truffle to carry the dish.

Excellent regional food. Specialty in truffle dishes. The service was slow and inattentive but they were busy. It was a bit loud in there too.

Everything about this restaurant was great: good food, great service and fair prices. We got the Tajarin al Tartufo and the Saffron Risotto and both were really delicious. I mean really really tasty. I definitely recommend this place.

An amazing spot, in a vibrant and exciting city on a Saturday evening. Superb food, served super professionally, in a lovely setting. And all for an amazingly reasonable price. There is no reason on earth why you should not try Tabui if you are in Torino. They pay attention to detail, the food is flawless quality and all locally sourced, and fresh truffle is shaved on top of everything served. Heaven on earth is here.
