HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I am from Brazil, my name is Paola Crespi, my original family ancestors is from the Villa. I had been waiting in the “waiting list” for a week with no response trying to get at reservation in the restaurant.
I tried calling, messaging, and emailing but no one reached out to me..
I decided to go there just to get to know the place and I was hoping to get a place to sit down and eat something with my family, the receptionist were EXTREMELY RUDE they said there was no way for me and my family to eat and I had to leave there immediately, I expected that I wasn’t gonna be able to eat since I didn’t have a reservation, I was hopping to take a look around the property and see the building and they didn’t let me look around and eventually in a very RUDE way escorted me out of the inside of the building.
The receptionists were very ignorant and the costumer service was HORRIBLE.
I was very upset with the situation because I came all the way from Brazil with my husband + 2 kids expecting to have a great experience and I ended up being extremely mistreated.

Beautiful room but very cold and needed additional heaters to keep temperature up.  Exquisite restaurant with incredible items from famous Chef.  The staff was very helpful for my wife's illness and we appreciated their concerns.

My friend and I stayed for a night with dinner reservations and it was amazing! We had no problems checking in or out. The staff were incredible and very kind. Our room exceeded our expectations as it had a great view of the lake and was furnished beautifully. Dinner was delicious with wonderful service and comfortable atmosphere.
