I booked the Albergo Nazionale on a motorcycle trip from Italy's Mediterranean coast towards Turin. The whole place Vernante is enchanting, a homage to the draftsman of the Pinocchio illustrations provides a charming touch throughout the place, as these drawings are found as large murals on buildings and walls. The Hotel Albergo Nazionale is a spot located directly on the through road (still quiet!!!) from/to Limone Piemonte, a high-quality dedicated restaurant and a small bistro-bar belong to the house. I went to the aperitivo in the cafe across the street (on the same side of the street), just relaxing the whole environment. My room was (although still "old wing") nice and big, there was a good bathroom. I would like to describe the breakfast as a nice highlight, apart from good coffee, you get everything you need or want in the buffet style. Parking at the hotel was possible without any problems with the motorbike. The entire staff was very friendly. If you want to make a stop in a somewhat "sleepy place", you will not be disappointed. I would book the Albergo Nazionale again!

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera matrimoniale superior, la camera era molto carina e dotata di tutto il necessario, anche se l'affaccio era sulla strada non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore. Lo staff è stato super gentile e disponibile, abbiamo cenato presso il bistro, anche se in un periodo di pieno e senza aver prenotato prima hanno trovato posto per noi! La colazione ottima e ricca di scelta! Inoltre al check out ci hanno lasciato un piccolo pensiero! Tutto perfetto e attenzione al cliente, sicuramente torneremo presto!

We stayed in a superior double room, the room was very nice and equipped with everything you needed, even though it faced the street we didn't hear any noise. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we had dinner at the bistro, even though it was busy and without having booked before, they found a place for us! The breakfast was excellent and full of choice! They also left us a little gift at check out! Everything perfect and attention to the customer, we will definitely be back soon!

Vedo che la maggior parte delle recensioni positive sono sul relais di fronte e non sull'albergo e questo mi fa comprendere meglio la motivazione del punteggio alto, per me strano. Onestamente non mi sono trovata bene, colazione con prodotti non freschi e poca scelta. Dare i prodotti del giorno prima del loro bar di fronte, chiuso quel giorno, non è carino. Uova strapazzate fatte nel microonde... Pulizia non conforme ai miei standard, soprattutto nella zona per accedere all'area colazioni, un odore sgradevole forte.
Reception inesistente, non c'era mai nessuno, dovevi costantemente chiamarli al telefono e attendere. Ho riscontrato poca voglia di assistere il cliente e il modo in cui è stata gestita una problematica sollevata è stato purtroppo non idoneo e quasi offensivo. Stanze belle ma per il resto non lo consiglio.

I see that most of the positive reviews are on the relais opposite and not on the hotel and this makes me better understand the reason for the high score, which is strange to me. Honestly, I didn't like it, breakfast with non-fresh products and little choice. Giving the products of the day before to their bar in front, closed that day, is not nice. Scrambled eggs made in the microwave... Cleanliness not up to my standards, especially in the area to access the breakfast area, a strong unpleasant smell.
Reception non-existent, there was never anyone, you constantly had to call them on the phone and wait. I found little desire to assist the customer and the way in which a problem raised was handled was unfortunately inappropriate and almost offensive. Nice rooms but otherwise I don't recommend it.

Очень уютный отель, деревянные интерьеры, номера большие. Обслуживание на высшем уровне. Спа замечательное, можно зарезервировать на 2 часа. Завтрак вкусный, зона отдыха очень уютная, камин.
