Our stay was fine overall, but we wouldn’t choose to stay here again. While the property is beautiful and tranquil, the service quality doesn’t align with their pricing. We were uncomfortably cold both nights due to the thin blankets provided, and when we requested a duvet, the manager suggested turning on the heating instead. After I insisted on an additional cover, she brought another thin blanket rather than a proper duvet. This same manager was also quite rude and patronizing during check-out, which we completed 30 minutes late. (Their check-out time is 10 am, earlier than the typical 11 am standard; we checked out at 10:30 am.) When I mentioned that 10 am seemed early, she dismissively claimed that 10 am is the new global standard and remarked that she wouldn’t charge us for the delay, as if we were “lucky.” Additionally, when we requested a coffee and beverage after breakfast hours, she acted as if she was doing us a favor. Though she eventually prepared the coffee and offered a bag of breakfast items we hadn’t requested —and ultimately had to discard— we accepted it to avoid further tension. Overall, some refresher training in proper customer service and hospitality would be very beneficial for her.

Great location with spectacular view to vineyards. Friendly staff with excellent hospitality. New and clean facility, nice swimming pool, possibility to rent e-bikes. We also had a awesome wine tasting at Dosio winery with a our amazing host Carlo😀

What a wonderful gem stone in La Morra, Piemonte! The staff was wonderful and gave that little extra, the breakfast delicious and the room with the fire place really cosy!  This small hotel (7 rooms) is a good place to have as a base for wine tourism in the Barolo area. The hotel is operated by the wine producer Dosio and I can really recommend to book a wine tasting!

Brand new high quality wine resort, attached to the winery, with very nice views to the vineyard.
The wine tasting was amazing. Carlo was an excellent host and communicator with great knowledge of Barolo and other Dosio wines.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was super clean, cozy and cute! The rooms are beautiful and modern! The pool was the perfect temperature (warm) and the outdoor sitting area was great! The host/reception staff was also very kind and welcoming! We definitely recommend staying here!

*ONLY DOWNSIDE: we did not have WiFi for 2 days for unknown reasons.
