A nice addition to the growing list of Michelin starred restaurants in the Langhe, Trying a Restaurant for the first time on Easter with a prefix is against my better judgement However we were pleasantly surprised with a fantastic experience in a full dining room. All of our dishes were delicious. All of the Service was very well done especially the table side plating. Wine service was excellent adjusting to our vibe as needed

Fantastic experience. The dishes were simply perfect. The staff was great and had an eye for detail. You hardly need to ask, they just feel what you need. They have a great range of wines and a top sommelier. If you prefere something non alcoholic to pair with your food, that’s also a possibility. A must visit when in the area, after making a reservation of course.

One of the Best single Michelin star restaurants I've been too. The cheff's French interpretation of local Piedmont fare is outstanding, and the execution - pure perfection.  We had the full 10 course tasting menu, with many of the dishes being Wow.

Never had such an experience of food, drinks and setting in my life. We've been to some special restaurants in Belgium where we used to gastronomic dining but ristorante FRE is another level.
