The dining experience is exceptional. This is hands down the best restaurant in the Fasano area. If you're in town make sure you come here because you will not be disappointed. Everything on the menu is good. Would definitely recommend the sea bass tartare, it's next level.

What a wonderful experience! You are received with a warm and welcoming smile. The service is out of this world, everything is carefully explained, the wine suggestions were perfect, the food.. be prepared to be surprised and to enjoy every single plate. What a wonderful experience. The chef is amazingly skilled and having done numerous tasting menus over the years I can firmly say this is up there with the best of them. Let’s get this guy a Michelin star! Great service, very accommodating & kind. Loved his stories and wish him every success with this restaurant and his continued passion in cooking.

Definetely not cheap, but I must admit that it is totally worth it! High quality food, sought-after and planned in every detail. Often this kind of restaurants ends up having a stiff atmosphere, but this is not the case of Pentole e Provette. Highly professional staff, attention for the customer but by keeping a cozy, relaxed atmosphere at all times. I can strongly recommend it!
